Get Out While You Can- Sinking Ship- Horrible Culture

Pros

Ability to work remote, able to set your own schedule lots of flexibility. Unlimited PTO policy allows for you to attend moments that matter in your life.

Cons

Executive team is off their rocker, they bad talk employees, make horrible business decisions and expect you to work 20 hour days. The culture is awful, just awful. Do not take a job here, pay is below standard for the industry and benefits do not make up for it. There is no diversity the Operations leadership is old school and calls employees numbers, says things like if they don't want to do it we can find a monkey to do it. Go get a job somewhere else.

Nice hard working people, mellow vibe

Cons

Hire employees who don't deserve the position, a lot of favoritism, interviews are very informal. Promise you something completely different than what you actually end up doing. Terrible benefits and pay.

I think you would appreciate some of our updated processes, including the much improved interview process over the last year as well as the survey and check-in’s each new hire is given to provide instant feedback on their experience as they go from onboarding through their first six months. Start up organization with lots of growth potential. Sadly, the leadership is quite inexperienced and unfocused.

Pros

As any other start-up company, opportunities for process improvement and growth are available.

Cons

Organizational objectives change at a constant rate. No clear guidance or direction. Individual respect is lacking. System upgrade is being ignored affecting day-to-day operations. Decisions are made based on favoritism and inexperience vs. facts, risks, industry trends, or full understanding of day-to-day operations. High-turn-over is drastic.
