Pros

The collaboration between departments has been amazing. We really work together to ensure both internal customers and external customers feel supported and taken care of. With recent changes in HR the employees feel heard and appreciated.

Cons

There have been some growing pains with leadership changes, but in the last 8 months a huge shift has happened and we all feel we are truly on the right track.
