Lots of knowledge amongst the team, great benefits and fantastic colleagues

Cons

A lot is expected for little money. Very talented people on very low wages. Career progression is there, but may take years.

Fun prooduct/services. Good culture (except upper management)

Cons

Upper management keep squeezing the employees; keeps doing lay off and not getting more staff to get more work done. No compromise on the revenue; big sacrifice on level of staff Abuse of the pros of the environment to give terrible conditions to the employees
