      Pros

      Being fully remote since the start of the pandemic was pretty challenging at first but the whole team is very supportive. I get the real chance to make my own schedule and travel when the opportunities present themselves.

      Was bought out recently and it has become difficult to find who to reach out to for marketing materials.

      Unlimited off time. Free concessions for your breaks during the day. Covered parking. Nice building complex to work at/great location. Great teammates to work with. Management that is striving to correct the challenges faced by a small fast growing company.

      Cons

      Fast pace will challenge your work life balance. Small company pay grade that they are trying to compete with a very competitive and tight workforce.
