Opportunities to grow with this company are unlimited. The owner is more generous than anyone I have worked for in the past. I have already received two raises since I started.

Because it is a fast growing company change comes quickly and it can be hard for some people to adapt as fast as things need to change.
The other employees are smart, personable, and extremely hard-working. It's easy to get complacent about unfair treatment by management because your co-workers are so amazing and wonderful to work with.
Cons
Management is paranoid and reactionary. The same promises are made to everyone without follow-through. Communication by management is non-existent and the structure can change daily. There is an inconsistency in how employees are treated and if you get on management's bad side, your career is over no matter whether the reason is valid or imagined.
