Pros

-Good bonuses - profit sharing. -Xmas Party -Friendly co-workers -Easy job. -Not overtime.

Cons

-Workload not distributed equally -It is a family business and they just benefit certain people. They are not fair to everybody. -Very closed minded. -The only activity during the whole year is the Xmas Party. They don't have team building activities. -High turnover as the management is very bad. The don't care about keeping good people. -Benefits is just 80% paid. Vision care not included.

The company used to have decent perks, but they recently scaled those back, too.

Cons

Complete lack of organization and virtually no leadership or company direction. The atmosphere is strained at best - mostly because the employees are fearful about their own job security.
