Have received good direction so far and feel like I am tied into the company even though I am not based at the main HQ. Good on boarding program.

Cons

The only con is that I didn't get this job sooner.

Pros

The people were the best part. Telecommuting was nice. Also, a strong desire to improve and grow as a company.

Cons

Work is usually more than 8hrs per day. As a company making efforts to grow, there can be growing pains. Unless in one of the main offices, can feel a bit like being on an island at times.
