Pros

The people were the best part. Telecommuting was nice. Also, a strong desire to improve and grow as a company.

Cons

Work is usually more than 8hrs per day. As a company making efforts to grow, there can be growing pains. Unless in one of the main offices, can feel a bit like being on an island at times.

Excellent work environment. Friendly peers and wonderful management staff. Privately owned, and the owners are not afraid to interact with all employees, regardless of position status.

Cons

Need more SOP's. Some processes at times are unclear.
