Pros

Their benefit program is pretty good. They offer unlimited time off (never been denied), health insurance they offer is great and perks (allowances).

Cons

They have way too much upper and middle management. They continue to struggle with obtaining and retaining technicians. If you’re not management, don’t expect to be paid well.

Committed and loyal project management/operations team that values their peers.

Cons

When VSGi was acquired and became a part of solutionz, multiple project managers were let go and/or left, and their project loads became all of the remaining team's problem. No one was hired to fill the gaps, and most individuals had/have 60+ projects active that they're responsible for now.
