Pros

Their benefit program is pretty good. They offer unlimited time off (never been denied), health insurance they offer is great and perks (allowances).

Cons

They have way too much upper and middle management. They continue to struggle with obtaining and retaining technicians. If you’re not management, don’t expect to be paid well.

Pros

The middle management is always helpful and the field technicians are without a doubt the best in the region.

Cons

Upper management doesn't help. They are not held responsible for their actions, What was once a great atmosphere has now become a stressful, over and micromanaged environment full of individuals who like to stroke their own ego's.

Nepotism, favoritism and fakeism. You won't make it unless management or executive like you, regardless of your talents or degrees.
