Under prepared for the future, fake leadership, lacking loyalty

Benefit package is ok. Skilled co-workers.

Cons

Leadership is lacking, Constant change is direction/priority. When everything is a fire nothing is a fire. Promises post spin off were a flatter leadership structure, couldn’t have been executed any worse. More executives, extra stress on the ground level employees. Co-workers can either 1) great team players that are overworked and undervalued or 2) uncooperative and underperforming. With each round of layoff more and more “good ones” are impacted. Long term employees struggle for job grade advancement while external in experienced hires are given a kings ransom.

Constant backorder along with unreasonable quotas make it extremely difficult to obtain 100%. Sales org is under an unreasonable amount of pressure and in constant fear of layoffs.
