Amazing benefits, up to 6 weeks of PTO, can go to the office or work remote, no micromanaging, great team to work with, building is new/super nice

Cons

Pay ranges for salary positions are short. If you want to make more than that cap range you need to move up within the company.

Pros

Great co-workers. Dayton building not as nice as Kettering building but it's not horrible. Easy work honestly.

Cons

Downside would be the amount of standing. No sitting time or 15 min breaks. Only a 30 min lunch & a few mins here & there to use restroom or get a drink.
