Pros

The work done by this company is helping the lives of so many individuals. I personally work on the tissue side and it is humbling to be able to use the "Gift" that someone gave (tissue donation) to enhance or save the lives of so many.

Cons

The company is growing so fast and bringing on so many projects but have a hard time understanding why deadlines cant be met due to so many open projects.
