Job secure.team work. Industry is very competive that make everyone to put extra effort to accomplish goal. Meet people every day

Cons

no shares or bonus..no regular schedule. Upper management without experience make things hard as they don't understand the industry

Normal hours while I worked there. Most people were friendly and wanted to help each other out all the time.

Cons

Most of the time the management was a little too big headed, but when you asked questions or for help they would help out.
