Pros

Somatus is a great place to work. I am very happy with my team, department, and teams that I collaborate with. The company fosters a genuinely supportive and collaborative culture where people want others to succeed. Everyone cares deeply about the mission and strives to do good things. I am able to drive change and help improve the business in my role.

Cons

We work hard! While there is flexibility and work life balance, we do still have a lot to do. It is still a start up feel in that you are able to suggest improvements and make changes for the better but with that comes a lot of work.

Unrealistic workload and expectations for patient advocates. Lack of proper support or communication from management. Felt undervalued and burned out quickly. Little room for advancement or professional development.
