Your experience will depend on where you are, but this is a company that grew way too fast. Management is inept at best from the top down. Many of the hourly workers and actual care staff are great but you have never seen more disorganization, chaos, ineptitude and lack of empathy from a management team in any job you've ever had for sure. There is zero work life balance. You are always expected to be available and "on call" even on holidays.
