The company has incredible values AND STANDS BEHIND THEM, leadership is involved and engages, communication is a focus, there is a very healthy workplace atmosphere, employees are empowered to grow, YOU are valued!!, your work-life home-life balance is a priority and quality is placed of quantity!! This is hands down the best job I've ever had and cannot wait to see how we continue to grow.

Typical growing pains of an extremely successful newish company that is growing quickly. Processes change only to improve outcomes but the team works together to make it doable and manageable.
