      Remote, flexible, incredible mission, amazing teamwork within teams in Georgia, amazing ops manager, huge amount annually towards continuing education offered

      Pros

      a paycheck and other employees who feel the same burn that you do.

      Cons

      Everything. This company is going down the tubes. It has zero accountability and cannot stick to a decent workflow. There are major changes in workflows literally every week and the work load is becoming overwhelming to the point that it is driving employees to leave. Benefits are terrible. Look for alternative jobs

      Poor management. Senior leadership is a mess - not clear if anyone has any healthcare background at all. Most stems from an inept COO.
