      - unsustainable growth - all-around bad management practices: cronyism, micromanagement, management by fear - insecure managers that put down their reports - toxic culture - no work life balance

      Where do I start, seriously? During the interview, they describe the positions as “helpful to people with chronic health conditions” and after the meaningless week and a half of training, they throw you on your own and you see what the job is really about. HARASSMENT and the promise of a care team that never answers or returns patients calls!
