Pros

Flexible schedule, remote work environment. Provided a company phone and laptop. Supportive managers, great team to work with. Pay was on the lower side, but adequate given this was not a difficult job.

Cons

Company started out great, with a clear objective and strong mission. As it grew and took on more, seemed to lose its' way, confused about the patients we were reaching out to and no consistency / concrete services being provided. Too much abrasion with multiple team members calling patients repeatedly. Lack of transparency from upper management, constantly moving goal posts and shifting priorities (beyond what you typically expect at a startup) and without any input from the clinical / patient facing team. Huge disconnect between clients, patients and the company - One month we are receiving bonuses for exceeding metrics, the next month they are announcing company wide layoffs due to losing contracts + dissatisfied clients.

Pros

Flexibility is the only thing that is good, if I could give it no stars I would.

Cons

This company says they want employees who will grow with them, with no room for advancement, but will have you do different work titles with no compensation and they will tell you they want to make a difference in patients lives, but that couldn’t be further from the truth. They care far more about hitting numbers than actually helping patients. If you’re expecting support, appreciation, or long-term stability, don’t count on it. Turnover is constant. You can be a top performer, hitting every goal, and still be fired without warning. Meanwhile, people with multiple write-ups stay on. Leadership is a mess — they’ll praise you in meetings and then fire you the next day. The excuse of “tenure” is just that — an excuse. I’ve seen people with four years or more let go while brand new employees are kept. You’re expected to call people relentlessly, even after they’ve asked not to be contacted. It feels unethical. HR is useless — they don’t respond or help when you need them. Training is 2 weeks and leaves you unprepared. If you want to feel valued, make a difference, or work somewhere that actually puts patients first, avoid this place.
