      Pros

      Gives you the end goal and gives you the ability to decide how to get there in terms of establishing processes.

      Cons

      Lost 2 major health plan contracts in as many years. Blame it on the health plans. Jobs eliminated. "They owe us money" but we're going to eliminate your jobs and cut our tens of millions in losses.

      I can't think of any, maybe the cheap out of pocket cost for insurance but nothing is paid for by the insurance company so.. defeats the purpose.

      Extreme micro managing- defeats the purpose of WFH Extremely high turnover rate Cold calling Door to door to sell the program No one is happy here Unrealistic expectations from leadership

      Work from home and they pay well

      Cons

      They have constant change. Too many bosses and not enough people working the jobs to tell you what to do that will work. They have started micromanaging you and are able to monitor your computer as you work looking at all screens open. Not believe the employees stay busy and unrealistic work conditions.
