Poor leadership, goals and priorities shift every week, poor communication between middle and upper management, unrealistic work load, no overtime pay for RNs, but expected to work extra if workload is high.

Lots of layoffs. 3 rounds in 18 months. Poor business planning. Unrealistic expectations. They want things to succeed and hold you accountable for that but don't give you the resources needed to achieve them. The writing is on the wall. They are losing their customers and make poor decisions to try and rectify it. I'll be surprised if they're in business in any meaningful way in 5 years. Just look at how many executives ran away so shortly after they started. They know it's a sinking ship. They'll also take every ounce that you're willing to give them in work product and once you've given them what they want, they'll reward you by laying you off.
