Remote work, great co-workers who turned into great friends

Everything!! If you see a positive review, it’s not true. They tell certain people to put out there to make them look good. Leadership is all about who you know. If you disagree, they will blackball you and find a way to get rid of you. The CEO is horrible and lost much like the leadership team. If you come in with great ideas that make them look stupid, they get rid of you. If you want a job where you tiptoe around leaders and are afraid of being fired everyday, this is the company for you! They will smile in your face and lit to you.

Work from home was great and the coworkers are helpful and kind.

Cons

Lots of layoffs. 3 rounds in 18 months. Poor business planning. Unrealistic expectations. They want things to succeed and hold you accountable for that but don't give you the resources needed to achieve them. The writing is on the wall. They are losing their customers and make poor decisions to try and rectify it. I'll be surprised if they're in business in any meaningful way in 5 years. Just look at how many executives ran away so shortly after they started. They know it's a sinking ship. They'll also take every ounce that you're willing to give them in work product and once you've given them what they want, they'll reward you by laying you off.
