Work from home, that’s it.

Cons

Consistent fear of being laid off. No growth, Lead Dietitian left to a position that was not even nutrition related just so she could stay with the company. Nonexistent management, 4 managers in the last 2 years and the last manager was the absolute worst.

In constant fear of getting laid off or fired. Bad management that encourages people to do their job by threatening being fired.
