      Pros

      The company is a nice atmosphere all around. Good core values and good people.

      Cons

      There's no 401k match. My salary isn't really reflective of the market so I'm a bit bummed about that, especially since it took the company a little while before they could give us our reviews.

      Managers admit that they have no idea what is going on and ensure that the RNs have every reason to feel confused, overwhelmed and set up for failure

      Cons

      Thrown into positions without training $$$ matters to them. Brag that they went from Net Worth of over 200 million to 3.5 billion within 2 years, however I promise if they are audited by their investors it will be evident that tasks are past due and the caseload is not managed as presented to investors. Thousands and thousands of past due items. Absolutely pitiful. Nurses are "thrown" into roles without proper training very high turnover Promised a 401K plan to begin at the beginning of 2022, hasn't happened

      Pros

      Remote work with everything that you need provided to you and more. Approachable management. Compassionate and understanding employer. Very good starting pay. Fast growing company working hard to combat a growing problem in kidney care. Opportunities for growth.

      Cons

      Training needs to be a bit longer so that you don't feel out of place when they place in you a separate training for those who need extra help. If trainings were longer from the start, I believe that more employees would have better confidence in working solo.
