The only positive thing is remote work.

The expectations are unrealistic and I heard they got even worse after I left. All about numbers and money but no consideration for patients or team members.

I only worked here for a short time but it was a complete switcheroo from the interview. Basically they had no plan, no budget and just a fantasy on how to build a technology team. I left as soon as I could and am surprised they’re still in business.. I basically consider this job a career low and learning experience.

Cons

No training budget, no hiring budget, no tools or technology. Just wishful thinking on an idea that was unclear to me as to what we needed to achieve.
