Poor management. Senior leadership is a mess - not clear if anyone has any healthcare background at all. Most stems from an inept COO.

The list of pros for this company is not short! I have never had such a warm and inviting welcome to a company! I truly have never met so many people that love their job as much as at this company and after a couple weeks... I can see why! From interviewing to onboarding, the entire process is so smooth and easy to navigate, their pay is competitive, benefits are ASTOUNDING (10th of the cost they normally are). Management is amazing and you receive everything you need to be totally successful. I truly have no faults to find with Somatus.

Pros

Pay is decent, PTO is okay but it is combined with sick time, somewhat flexible as long as you still get your hours in and meet your metrics

Cons

No communication from upper management. We work over to meet out metrics in hopes to get a bonus which never came and no communication that it wasn’t coming. Constant fear of layoffs. No room for advancement in the company. No work life balance.
