Pros
Pay is okay. Direct supervisor is great and tries to advocate for their team. Flexibility and PTO are good. Work from home is always great
Cons
Better transparency. Losing a contract and told to carry on as per usual without being told if job is in jeopardy or not. 2 weeks to go until the contract ends and still no updates. Causing low morale. Productivity reports too much of a focus instead of focusing on the fact that people are not numbers. Central team members not being helpful whatsoever- often cleaning up their messes once patients come to the field team
