      -Leadership is professional, listens to their staff and is supportive in all needs their staff requires. -Amazing culture amongst all staff, regardless of department. Everyone gets along well and maintains mutual respect. Genuinely has a “family” atmosphere. -Several growth opportunities available, benefits and perks. -There are many members attributed to Somatus from all over the country to get to know, help and make connections with.

      Cons

      -Changes happen at Somatus happen frequently and can take some time to adjust to. Leadership is always supportive when these changes take place but having to adapt so quickly may be a challenge to some. -Generally, expectations are very reasonable to meet. There are seasons where it may be difficult to reach these expectations. Staff can feel the stress from leadership to meet these expectations.
