Policies change almost daily without any knowledge, you get audited by QA and hit for things you had no idea that changed-and when you challenge the issue it can take weeks, if at all, a short response or none at all. How can you do better if no one is coaching you. Trainers halfway know what they are doing(not their fault because higher ups drop things on them to train others without notice). Most supervisors and managers have no idea what's going on or how to do the job but dictate how to do it. The auto dialer (they say we don't have) cause more problems then it should.

Be open to changes as there are many with the company learning and growing! They work hard and take all suggestions available to make changes for the better!
