The team (non management) that you work with, for the most part, is excellent!

Cons

Non-caring, numbers vs outcomes/human driven management, CONSTANT changes in workflow and expectations with demands of perfection and very high levels of turnover on every level, salary does not meet expectations.

Very nice people to work with. A good company mission. Early in their lifecycle so the ability to influence direction still exists.

Cons

Wildly understaffed for their goals. Missing complete domains of expertise. Almost no automation or modern tech with a few notable exceptions. Lacking a cohesive technology roadmap.
