Remote work is the only pro.

Cons

Very high metrics that is almost impossible to achieve. Those people who meet metrics work a lot of overtime for free. Bonuses wasn’t paid last year but was promised again to meet increased metrics. Charting supposed to be improved to help with increased productivity. But charting actually became more complex and requires more time. Several lay offs since may of 2023 and a new company restructuring that is happening now. Looks like nobody is safe here.

Way to many managers, they are constantly hiring VPs and not paying the people actually doing the work Nobody at the top communicates with the care team Things change bi-weekly and they do not take suggestions from the care team

Leadership is a joke. CEO is never seen, or praising employees. You used to get a “lunch” upon onboarding for $15 but that stopped. Leadership with demoralize you. “Incentives” are hard and or impossible to reach. 5% annual bonuses are a joke when the company brags that it’s making billions of dollars.
