      Winning energy. Everything is focused on our patients. I work with a lot of intelligent people that I have had the opportunity to learn from over the last several years.

      Cons

      We are revolutionizing and that comes with challenges. It’s fast paced, you have to be ready to keep up and be agile but it’s worth it!

      Pros

      The list of pros for this company is not short! I have never had such a warm and inviting welcome to a company! I truly have never met so many people that love their job as much as at this company and after a couple weeks... I can see why! From interviewing to onboarding, the entire process is so smooth and easy to navigate, their pay is competitive, benefits are ASTOUNDING (10th of the cost they normally are). Management is amazing and you receive everything you need to be totally successful. I truly have no faults to find with Somatus.
