      ok place to work, too much micromanagement

      Pros

      it paid the bills, I learned a lot about the aircraft manufacturing industry. Actually was able to develop a usable accounts payable filing system to assist in audit process.

      Cons

      too much micromanagment, wasteful spending, managers were not on the same page and that sometimes caused conflict with how the work was completed.

      Pros

      International group with great growth and relocation opportunities. The European part of the group is inspiring by its evolution, its product portfolio and its leaders.

      Cons

      Travel budgets, respect of processes, transparency in communication, are expectations that lower level employees are held accountable for. Yet some VP level employees are not obeying the rules, which makes everybody's job more difficult, less scalable and less efficient
