People I worked alongside were wonderful people who kept me going.

Cons

This was truly the worst job I’ve ever had. This place is quickly tanking and becoming just like BetterHelp. The vetting that takes place to add providers is an absolute joke. It’s terrifying who they allow on this platform. No one listens to the clinical team, which is crazy considering it’s a mental health platform.

A meaningful mission ruined by endless dysfunction

Pros

Flexible scheduling and the chance to build genuine relationships with clients.

Cons

- The mission to expand mental health access was inspiring, but the system supporting it was a complete disaster. - The scheduling platform constantly broke down. - Documentation requirements were overwhelming. - Payments were delayed far too often. - The structure designed to help clients only made the work harder and the therapist more exhausted. - It was infuriating to give so much hearth to a mission that crumbled under poor organization and neglect.

If it weren't for the fact the job was remote, I probably would've gone insane from the stress.

Cons

Fast-paced, heavy workloads, and constantly shifting priorities. Management sets high expectations but doesn't provide employees with any support. Communication is awful, and can at times lead to problems employees are forced to clean up after. Leadership is incompetent and lacks any experience, they also make a lot of terrible decisions but never take responsibility for them.
