SonderMind gives a client the name of two therapists, then sends client's name to them. It is then up to the therapists to contact client and attempt to schedule first appointment. I am diligent about texting, messaging and calling potential clients. I have found that most do not respond. Given the few I have spoken to, most have already found someone else to work with and no long are looking for a therapist or no longer want SonderMind. A couple of them scheduled but no-showed. I have been doing a lot of work for very little results. I wish it would start working out, but I am no longer optimistic and am looking at other companies.

- Leadership was disorganized and clueless about how to support therapists. - Scheduling was chaotic, and communication from management was unreliable. - System updates constantly made work more difficult instead of improving it. - The workload kept piling up every month, yet pay and resources stayed the same. - Therapists were left to handle impossible caseloads with no real support or guidance. - Burnout spread through the team like wildfire while management turned a blind eye.
