Business Outlook
Pros
Inclusive and risk-tolerant. Co-workers and superiors are kind and operate with empathy and humanity. Fairly fast-paced, though because bosses and most cross-functional interaction are supportive/responsive, everyone stays on track. Lots of good communication.
Cons
Nothing really to add here. We are on a fairly new team, so there's not a clear roadmap for promotion, but believe this sort of thing will present itself when the time is right. Also, I'm not sure there's a ton of room/attention toward career development, but again, that may just be temporary as we build our team and team's capacity.
