      Pros

      It’s a job. Could be a great one but it’s all political and knowing the right people.if you don’t keep your expectations extremely low.

      Cons

      People have no actual value, poor communication, terrible management . 2 months after leaving can’t get an answer on my final paycheck. The ultimate runaround.

      Pros

      Sonic loves to promote from within so there are opportunities if you work for it.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, as with many large companies, you feel like another number. The turnover rate is tremendous for both voluntary and involuntary terminations and you are expendable to them no matter how many times they state associate satisfaction is their top priority.
