Stable, energetic workplace with training. This is a great place to get started and make a good living if you hustle and learn.

Cons

Complex annually changing pay plan that most times cuts somewhere so that more sales or profit is required to maintain previous years compensation. Little chance of growth or promotion and longevity is only slightly rewarded.

Great people to work with, everyone gets along and there is a friendly atmosphere. Also you don't have to do much and you get paid for it.

Cons

The guests are rude for things that aren't in the front desks control. Most days there is a wait to see a sales guide and people will be rude about it. When there are urgent matters, its hard to get people who can do something about it involved. There isn't much to do so it gets boring quick. You don't make much money.
