      Pros

      Good level of technology - Microsoft Shop (.Net C# SQL Server, etc.) Current versions of tools. Good people that mean well. Nice facilities.

      Cons

      Contention between IT and business is a real problem. Culture is not clear. Sends mixed signals. Mid-level management needs to delegate and trust its workers. Don't be surprised when your work product is discarded, this company changes direction - SQUIRREL! Well, that often and that suddenly.
