      Pros

      Great benefits, health, vision, dental, 401k, wide range of discounts. Sonic Automotive is a Fortune 500 company so you have the stability of a large and successful corporation.

      Cons

      At my specific location, the commission scale for sales people was not worth the time and effort put in. Not enough traffic and too difficult to make quote with the amount of salespeople working there.

      Pay plans change through out company My pay plan is good if independent as a salesman

      management management could use a bit more training for sales more leasing options here in the dealership
