Family based company that truly cares about there associates. They promote from within the organization, which is rare in the workplace.

Cons

This is really not a con, but Sonic does hold people accountable, and expect excellent Customer Experience at all of there stores.

This company really strives to be the best place to work and shop. The amount of effort and resources put back into the organization to make that happen is huge. I can see this company going nowhere but forward.

Cons

I can truly not think of any cons to this employer. If you have to work, why not work for a company that you can make that statement about?

Changing the Car Industry for the better forever!! Progressive and forward thinking. Care about thier employees!! Forward thinking vision. Embracing the use of Technology to improve the guest end employee experience

Cons

The work associated with changing and industry can be challenging (Nobody likes change), but in the end it will be rewarding. Lots and lots of changes currently, but all for the better
