Pros
The sales experience you gain here is great and a helpful tool for later on in your career. The managers are very involved in helping you close your deals. There is little to no micromanaging you have room to breath and don't feel pressured to perform. The money isn't to bad either.
Cons
Theres is very little time for your personal life in the car sales business. This is one of those job where you get what you put into it. So you may have to work extra hours, that may result fruitless some times or come in on your days off to finish up a deal. You only have two weeks of paid time-off, which you have the option of cashing out only one week if you needed the cash instead, but its your time off you should have the option of cashing it all out.The culture in this company is going thru the growing pains right now, they are trying to reinvent the sales process, but due to the car sales reputation it is going to take a very long time for it to catch on and it may or may not work. Right now it is not working at all and sales people are taking the brunt of it.
