Pros

Sonic is changing the Automotive ownership experience from trade-ins, to new vehicle purchase and life time ownership. They have a Gold Medal Award winning Talent Acquisition team and process.

Cons

The retail industry and the Automotive segment can go through rapid change.

Pros

In my 11+ years with Sonic I have had 3 different opportunities to use my talents to take on 3 very different roles. I have always felt that my input has had value, and that if I do good work, I will be rewarded. Very much a "Team" environment here!!

Cons

For me, I do not see any. But, our industry is automotive retail, and that may not be for everyone.

Pros

1) Benefits 2)Advancement opportunities (as long as you show drive and initiative 3)Special events for holidays at the dealer, and events thrown exclusively for the employees that work here 4)Team is great 5)Flexible Hours (multiple full time shifts)

Cons

1) Minimum 3 month probationary period to get hired on to sonic (you must show drive and initiative as stated in the pros, if you start slipping they will notice and you will have less chance of them looking at you for promotions and raises). 2)Can be strict when it comes to punctuality, performance and customer service (there is a certain level of expectations the clients expect so they push harder than most places will)
