My experience with BMW was quite positive! I started in the call center and then worked my way up within the company and gained a lot of valuable experience. I especially enjoyed the dynamic and fast-paced environment, the team I worked with, and the daily variety to my tasks. Eventually, I decided to move on to a different opportunity when I reached the pay cap for my role. Since I was not interested in becoming a service advisor, I sought a different career path entirely.

Cons

You will get this at any dealership- but working holidays/weekends, limited paid time off, and very short staffed at times (especially during/after the Pandemic).
