      Pros

      Great people to work with, Great managers. Control is in your hands start to finish.

      Cons

      GM's are horrible. People aren't sold on us yet but they are raising the prices of vehicles to make more back end. to be successful you must do a lot of finance deals. Cash deals kill you.

      i guess it really depends on the team you work with.... my experience was okay! not the greatest definitely... but it's a good starting point ....

      Cons

      Very long hours, you have to work on weekends obviously, holidays as well.....you sometimes have to work with very rude and uneducated people...

      Good benefits overall, employee discounts on vehicles.

      Cons

      Corporate run from top to bottom. Every employee is evaluated as a dollar sign. You're better off working at a family owned dealership.
