Friendly team with optional daily stand-ups, Windows10, light WFH allowed, adjustable standup desks, vs2015, cheap soda, and popcorn on Thursdays.

Cons

Legacy monstrous codebase is harder to grasp; additional benefits lacking, e.g. HSA, Tuition reimbursement, double matching donations, and PTO for volunteering

I honestly don't see any pros at all

Cons

Clueless management. No budget. Executives have pie in the sky dreams and can't execute them. Budget for critical systems is choked to the point where the systems are literally almost falling over every single day and require emergency intervention to keep minimum functionality running.
