Pros

In recent years the company has been significant improvement in: leadership team, culture, benefits, and business plan. There are many opportunities for career growth. Company recently created DEI resource group.

Cons

Lots of baggage organizationally and technically from decisions made 5 to 10 years ago. Some departments still don't have their act together. Overall leadership is improving, but in some ways it's still a more traditional business environment vs. an average tech company
