Pros

Love the guest interaction and time spent with the crew. Always something new every day.

Cons

Abusive mulit-unit partners who have minimal respect for the operating partners. Many refer to them as nobodies. Grew tired of these guys coming in and destroying the crews morale and then expecting me to get them pumped up again.

Decent Pay, Alright Bonus, Great Place To Learn Managerial Skills, Great Relationships, Great Environment (Depending On The Manager Of The Store)

Cons

Too Overwhelming/Demanding, Lack Of Upper Management Support, Lack of Good Streamlined Process of Communication For Satisfying Employee Or Managerial Needs, Does Not Help Management Support And Take Care Of Employees. It Seems There Is An Unspoken Stress Between Upper Management That No One Wants To Address Or Talk About The Effects Thereof.
