Well structured orientation, very informative, ensuring you have tools to carry out your role, everyone is willing to help, patiently explaining things. Lots of flexibility to help people achieve a work/life balance. Management is very open and approachable, there is a strong leadership willing to make the tough decisions to help get the company to the next level, communicating regularly and keeping workforce up to date with what plans. Lots of opportunity for development.
